Not completely satisfied with your Lumi Snø order? No worries! We have an easy return policy.

Please contact our support team at and they will help you to return your item. You can return your shoes within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Please ensure the item is undamaged and unworn. The customer is responsible for return costs.

Unfortunately, shoes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

Did you order your items during a special promotion?

Sale items can be returned. If you want to return items you bought during a deal, please send back all the products for a full refund. If you wish to keep one or more items, don't worry. Your order amount will be recalculated accordingly.

Refund Policy

If you've made a purchase on Lumi Snø, and:

Didn't receive the correct products, or Didn't receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you are eligible for a full refund.

However, a full refund cannot be provided under the following circumstances:

Your order didn't arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address). Your order didn't arrive due to circumstances outside the control of Lumi Snø (e.g., not cleared by customs, natural disasters). Your order was placed during a sale. In this case, you can still adjust your order amount for other products.
